XH-85A  Asphalt rolling thin film oven XH-85A 

Asphalt rolling thin film oven XH-85A is suitable to determine mass loss of highway asphalt rolling thin film after heating, and the change of penetration, viscosity, ductility and breaking point of asphalt residue after the thin film has been heated, so as to estimate the aging performance of bitumen.

It is composed of electric control component, working oven, fan stirring motor and turn plate rotating mechanism. Eight shrinking bottles can be placed on the turn plate at the same time, and the temperature is automatically controlled by a digital temperature controller.

FEATURES
·The temperature is automatically controlled by the digital temperature controller, and the measurement is accurate, with error function.
·With a forced ventilation layer. Air is supplied to the heat source in the lower part through an enclosed fan, making the temperature of the inner tank more uniform.
·Fully controlled heating elements ensure high-speed response with low heat conduction and radiation losses.
·The inner pan is equipped with preheated copper tubes. The air is supplied by the air machine in the chamber through the flow meter.
·Variable speed motor ensures turn plate speed. The transmission is light and the noise is low.
·The working chamber interior is made of stainless steel. The shell is powder spraying, beautiful and generous.
·The temperature will be re-thermostated to 163°C within 10min after the sample is loaded and the door is closed.
·Equipped with a timing device, the power will be automatically cut off after the aging time to prevent excessive aging.
